Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid Protein(For research use only)

The SARS-CoV-2 genome encodes S, E, M and N proteins in sequence. S protein is a weapon for coronavirus to invade cells. It recognizes and binds the ACE2 receptor on the cell surface, and mediates the fusion of the viral envelope with the cell membrane. It can be used for the development of neutralizing antibodies and detection antibodies and vaccines. The M and E proteins are the key to the efficient assembly of coronavirus. The N protein sequence is conservative and highly immunogenic, and is usually used as a marker for coronavirus diagnostic testing

Apbios closely follows the development of new coronavirus pneumonia and supports the development of new coronavirus vaccines and antiviral drugs.  Scientists used mass spectrometry analysis and found that N protein is the main immunogen (ie antigen) that causes antibodies in patients with new coronary pneumonia. Therefore, the N protein can be used to establish immunological detection methods to detect antibodies against neocoronavirus present in patients' sera. A series of new coronavirus N protein (N) has been developed and produced to meet the needs of scientific research, detection and preparation of SARS-CoV-2 antibody.
